PageTiger, which won the UK’s Best Business for Innovation and Technology award in 2011, has cited dedicated server solutions provider
RapidSwitch as one of the main reasons for its current success.
RapidSwitch, also based in Surrey, is part of iomart Group plc. The company caters to PageTiger’s hosting needs with server hosting services that the online publishing platform provider believes have spurred a 25% monthly increase in customer signups since the since the beginning of 2013. RapidSwitch’s services include dedicated servers, firewalls and backup options provided through its Maidenhead data center. The services also include disaster recovery options facilitated by fiber connections to iomart Group’s city of London data center.
“From a traditional contract publishing business with less than 50 clients, we’ve now grown to the point where we now have over 2000 registered users,” explained PageTiger’s Commercial Director Henry Weston. “RapidSwitch has given us the reliable support we’ve needed to expand our business. Our hosting partnership has been a fantastic foundation on which to grow.”
