Cirrus Tech has updated their Linux VPS Hosting to include Plesk 8.4. And it is available as an add-on on all of Cirrus Tech’s Dedicated Server plans. Plesk 8.4 is the latest version of the leading web hosting control panel from Parallels, and offers additional features and increased usability. Some of the new features available in Plesk 8.4 are:
1. Import/Export Database Backup - Plesk allows you to back up and subsequently restore your databases on a per-domain basis.
2. Database users prefix – Include a prefix for all database users within a certain domain for increased security and easy searching.
3. DomainKeys support – Provide additional AntiSPAM protection with DomainKeys technology – currently used by Gmail, Yahoo, Verisign, and others.
