Integrated into SiteGround eCommerce, the new feature allows store owners to access business insights, answer questions, and perform selected store management tasks using natural-language commands.
The SiteGround AI Store Agent is designed to simplify everyday online store management by giving businesses an easier way to interact with store data and complete routine administrative tasks through an AI-powered chat interface.
AI-Powered Insights for Online Stores
With the AI Store Agent, eCommerce businesses can quickly access important information about their stores without manually searching through multiple sections of their dashboard. Users can ask questions about metrics such as average order value and top-selling product categories and receive information through AI-assisted commands.
The tool can also help store owners create new brands and products by using simple natural-language requests, making common eCommerce management tasks more accessible to businesses of different sizes.
Power Mode Adds Store Management Capabilities
SiteGround has also introduced Power Mode for tasks that require the AI agent to make changes to an online store. When enabled, businesses can use the chat interface to create and manage products, coupons, customer accounts, and brands.
Power Mode is disabled by default, allowing store owners to decide when the AI Store Agent has permission to make changes to their eCommerce store.
