Host Color has launched a “new generation web hosting CRM”, it was reported recently. The company’s new "pZone" incorporates “technical support, customer care, billing and web hosting account management” making web hosting account management “easy” and saving website owners time and money. The services and products a customer uses are displayed in their account area with different sections for "Domains", "Hosting Accounts", and "Website Services" which are shown as "Active", "New Orders", "Expiring" and "Inactive".
"Our customers have full control of the communication with their customer service representative in "Ticket Box", explained Mr. Avramov who added that the messages from the correspondence between customer and Host Color's operator are sorted in five categories - "New", "Pending", "Opened", "Closed" as well as "All" a category which provides a summary of all support tickets.
