The companys new "pZone" incorporates technical support, customer care, billing and web hosting account management making web hosting account management easy and saving website owners time and money. "Our customers have full control of the communication with their customer service representative in "Ticket Box", explained Mr. Avramov who added that the messages from the correspondence between customer and Host Color's operator are sorted in five categories - "New", "Pending", "Opened", "Closed" as well as "All" a category which provides a summary of all support tickets.
