ResellerClub has announced a promotion that will see a 50% reduction in the cost of certain web hosting options. With headquarters in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, ResellerClub is recognized as a leading provider of reseller programs. Its offerings include cloud infrastructure, shared and reseller hosting and Virtual Private Server (VPS) options. Its “Pre-GST Sale” will finish 30 June 2017.
GST is an abbreviation of ‘Goods and Services Tax’. Set to launch in India on the 1 July 2017, GST will reform the country’s current tax structure. A complex ‘multi-stage’ tax, GST is being pre-empted by sales and steep discounts in a range of industries. The revised tax rate of 18% for software or Internet infrastructure (an increase of 3%) has prompted “a spike in hosting purchases for 1 year or longer tenures”.
ResellerClub has announced 50% on a range of hosting options including single domain hosting, multi-domain hosting, cloud hosting and reseller hosting hosted in the United States and India. Additional discounts of up to 35% are applicable or KVM VPS hosting and dedicated servers in India data centers.
“We are working closely with our tax consultants to ensure that our Indian clients can transact on fully GST compatible domains and hosting platform”, explained ResellerClub’s General Manager, Shridhar Luthria. “In addition, we have launched this offer so that our clients can take advantage of this short but steep discount period before GST kicks in. We think it's a fantastic opportunity for resellers, web designers and developers to plan for the long term and seal longer term deals with their clients."
