Web host RoseHosting
has announced the launch of ‘RoseHosting Cloud’ - a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution that “helps developers and businesses scale efficiently”. RoseHosting, which has headquarters in O'Fallon, St. Louis, Missouri, United States, was established in 2001. At the time of its launch the company was “the first and only web hosting company in the world to offer commercial Linux virtual servers”.
The company now offers a broad range of hosting offerings including Linux virtual servers, Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting, and Linux server management. Alongside these, the company now offers XEN and KVM virtual servers as well as network security and intrusion detection systems. The company’s latest cloud offering offers “businesses of all industries a fast and simple way to improve their online presence and reliability while reducing costs”.
RoseHosting Cloud targets individuals, startups, and established businesses, and offers a simple approach to creating, managing, and expanding their server infrastructure with an “intuitive web-based dashboard”. The solution offers easy-to-manage features that include clustering, load-balancing, and scaling - all available “by a simple click of a button”. Alongside cost-effectiveness, a key advantage to the solution is that it offers more predictable running costs.
"We are thrilled to provide businesses and developers with this new platform. Its extensive feature set can help anyone more easily create advanced server setups, all while paying only for what they actually use," explained Bob Rose, the CEO of the company.
