Web Hosting Provider AIT Awards Scholarships

May 22, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider AIT (http://www.ait.com/) has awarded Information Technology Scholarships to two members of the Braxton Bragg chapter of the Association of the US Army (AUSA), it was reported yesterday. One of those receiving a scholarship retired from active duty last year while the other will be released from active duty this summer. Both recipients will use the scholarships to earn Information Technology certification and start a new IT career.
AIT is founded by a military veteran and about 80% the company’s employees are veterans. The scholarship scheme is part of AIT's continuing commitment to members of the US Armed Forces. The company provides individual scholarships of up to $2,100 and has provided a total of $100,000 for AUSA scholarships this financial year. AIT also supports US military by offering active duty service members a 10% discount on all AIT provided IT training.
