October 2, 2006 (HOSTSEARCH.COM) Once the sole domain of large corporations, smaller companies involved in ecommerce and companys with large database driven websites now favor utilizing dedicated hosting services. As a result of this shift, web hosting provider AIT has announced it has made dedicated hosting a focal point of its corporate activity.
AIT now offers multiple dedicated server plans that offer customers a high level of flexibility. Dedicated hosting is about value for the customer, explained Chief Executive Officer Clarence Briggs. While lower prices have made the dedicated market more attractive, price alone is not the decision point; customers want to know what theyre getting for their money.
AITs plans offer a self-managed version alongside full server management, and include a version for resellers. The plans offer a minimum of 2000MB of disk space and offer features such as an anti-spam service, a port monitoring tool for improved resource management, server firewall and a variety of service level agreements.
