The company also announced the availability of Windows Server 2008 through its shared and dedicated hosting plans. CrystalTech has been supporting Microsoft’s latest operating system “for several weeks” as part of its preparations for the official launch.

According to the company, Windows Server 2008 “enables developers to deliver rich web-based applications efficiently and effectively”. The new Operating System improves “administration, diagnostics, and application tools” while it also includes “built-in server virtualization technology that can reduce costs, increase hardware utilization, and improve availability”.
