Web Hosting Provider HostMySite.com Offers Shared ColdFusion 8 Plans

August 3, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider HostMySite.com is offering ColdFusion 8 shared web hosting plans, it was announced yesterday. According to the company, it is the first provider to offer ColdFusion 8 Enterprise Edition to its hosting offerings. HostMySite, an Adobe Solution Partner, was also the first to offer the beta version of the solution, codenamed “Scorpio”.

According to the company, ColdFusion 8 is a “fast and easy way to create Internet applications. It solves the day-to-day challenges faced by developers, integrates in complex enterprise environments and delivers rich and engaging application experiences for users”. Particularly well suited to dynamic Internet applications using a variety of databases, ColdFusion enables developers to extend and customize the ColdFusion scripting language, CFML, through custom tags, reusable object-based components and user-defined functions, as well integrate with Java, .NET and SOAP web services.
