Liquid Web is offering new managed WordPress hosting options. Liquid Web, which has headquarters in Lansing, Michigan, United States, uses data centers located in Lansing, Phoenix, Arizona and Amsterdam, Netherlands to cater to a customer base located in around 150 countries. Liquid Web has a strong tradition of offering WordPress solutions to customers and its new WordPress platform has been “specifically engineered” so it is optimized for WordPress users. Four different packages are available - ‘Personal’, ‘Professional’, ‘Agency’ and ‘Enterprise’. The Personal plan is an “entry level” option that allows users to host up to 5 websites. The plan permits “unlimited visitors” and offers ample resources including 100 GB of SSD storage and an SSL certificate. Each of the four plans offers free migration to Liquid Web’s servers, automatic backups, and “automatic core and plugin updates”. The resources available to each package increases in increments culminating in a fully customizable ‘Enterprise’ option.
"Having an environment optimized for WordPress hosting has allowed us improve the speed and performance of WordPress sites we've on-boarded by an average of 300%, based on load time," explained AJ Morris, Liquid Web’s Product Manager. "Having a faster site, free migrations, free SSLs, Heroic Support and top-notch security, is going to excite a lot of WordPress users as they adopt this new platform. With 25% of the Internet's websites already relying on WordPress -- a number that continues to grow -- more designers, developers, and businesses are looking to take advantage of a Managed solution like Liquid Web”.
