Web Hosting Provider Uplinkearth Acquires Nevidia

August 23, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Windows web hosting provider Uplinkearth, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Canadian based host Nevidia Internet Solutions.

The acquisition has been in planning for several months, and Nevidia customers will not notice an interruption of service or support. All current employees of Nevidia Internet Solutions will be retained, and the Nevidia brand name will remain in tact.

In addition, customers of Nevidia will remain on the same servers, as they are currently located in the uplinkearth data center.

“We anticipate an extremely smooth move and excellent transition for all employees and customers of Nevidia, due to the planning we have taken to ensure stability,” said Mike Yablonowitz, uplinkearth President and CEO

Services provided by Nevidia include web hosting, domain names, web design, and an array of other customer oriented products that closely integrate with services already offered by uplinkearth.

“Nevidia is a highly respected Canadian hosting company that has the same philosophy as we do,” said Yablonowitz. “They treat their customers like Gold.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Our acquisition of Nevidia allows uplinkearth to both increase market share and create opportunities for us in the Canadian market,” said Yablonowitz.
