Web Hosting Provider Zen Internet Launches Voice Service

May 8, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Zen Internet (http://www.zen.co.uk), a UK-based ISP whose services include web hosting, has launched a Voice Service, the company announced recently. The service is available to people who utilize an IP PBX and allows customers to use existing hardware to drive down telephone costs.

“Zen Wholesale Voice is the first of our Voice offerings, and we believe that many customers who have their own existing infrastructure will be able to save money by using the service,” explained Ian Gisbourne, the company’s VoIP Product Manager. “We recognize that many customers are looking to take advantage of the cost benefits that come with moving away from the traditional ways of routing calls, and by introducing this product we are allowing them to do that with the minimum amount of outlay and fuss.”

Founded in 1995, Zen Internet provides a range of services to businesses and home users including high-speed DSL Broadband Internet access, “complete hosting packages” and “state of the art Web site design”. The company also engages in “next generation” managed network security services. Zen’s Voice service is contracted and those signing up to must do so for a minimum of one month.
