Zen Internet has added yet another title to its name by becoming Which? Recommended Home Phone Provider for the first time in its history.
Following its fourteenth consecutive capture of Which? Recommended Broadband Provider last month, the Internet Service Provider earned the Home Phone Provider status following a five-star rating on accuracy of bills and customer service.
Which? conducted the online survey with a total of 2,789 responses in leading to the final outcome which saw Zen top the list. Eight phone service providers were rated overall, with the scores showing an overall satisfaction rating from users.
After also capturing PC Advisor's Best ISP for the first time and PC Pro Best ISP for the ninth year running, Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing at Zen, commented on the company's most recent accolade, saying: "This is the first time Zen has been recommended Home Phone Provider by Which? and to be only one of three providers that made it onto the list is fantastic news."

After dominating its Recommended Broadband Provider status for months now, Which? commented on Zen's latest award, saying: "Previously only a broadband provider, Zen Internet has launched a standalone home phone service and, with a Customer Score of 79% from our latest survey, it is one of only two full phone service providers to be a Which? Recommended Provider and gets good ratings for value for money and accuracy of bills."
