Great if you are technically savvy, BAD if you need immediate support
They are cost efficient & easy to use for web designers & web hosts. Support is slow & non english speaking. The replies are hard to understand. The SUPPORT response time is unacceptable at times so BEWARE for your customer sites when trying to fix.

Suspended but Paid up
I have 9 months before I am due to make another payment and they have suspended my account. There is no one on the "24X7" data center and no one is answering the phones.
With no support and suspending accounts for no reason...I say stay clear.
