NIGHTMARE - - AVOID!! No longer offer phone support, and 'Live Chat' NEVER on. Can communicate only via trouble ticket or email - real problem if the problem is that email is down. 4 days of NO SERVICE. Transferred to new host & back on line in hours!

Been with Avahost for a several months and haven't experienced any type of problems with my site. Their cpanel is simple and also supports SCP, SFTP, FTP, HTTP, SSH and so on. I recommend.

Shut down my entire account without warning. After two days, reason given was one word: "SPAM." I checked, the address in question has been "spoofed.: Avahost is incompetent, shady, or both. Beware. They have my money, I have no service. Thieves.

Very strong side of hosting - tech support. I'm purchasing their services over 2 years for me and for all
