24 hour downtime is unacceptable in this day and age
24 hour downtime, blamed one of our sites first, then later realized it had nothing to do with it. Their RAID / Hard drive failed and after 18~20 hours of trying to solve issue, had to move servers for total 24 hours. Zero liability! Not recommended.
