quick response from support staff
I now have a number of sites with glowhost.com, that I have been working on over the past 3 months or so. I moved to them because my old web host was very sluggish and very poor with support. All my clients are hosted on their servers!

Good service and timely support
Response time was okay. Glowhost uptime mostly at 99%, there maybe one time downtime, and it lasted over 10 mins, but I understand that no providers can actually guarantee a 100%. I have had to use their phone support a few times!
