In my opinion, there is not better host then Glowhost.com provider!
My experience with glowhost's customer support has always been top notch. If it's a low priority issue, I'll send an e-mail and they usually respond within a few hours. If it's a higher priority issue then I open a live chat, which always connects me.

Long term betterment for small bucks
So far reliability has been great as well. Can't complain about anything. They have hosted several websites for me and I have no complaints. The pricing plan is good, and the control panel is nice as well. Glowhost is cool host.

Not for me
I chose Glowhost because they offered Shoutcast and web hosting in one package. Directly after ordering, I had to contact support several times to resolve many issues. When I tried to invoke their Money Back Guarantee, I was charged for my "free" domain.

GlowHost is Excellent
I rate GlowHost at 100% +. Since 1997, my bad web hosts, tripled renewal fees with no monthly rates. It took forever me to find GlowHost. Their response are polite and tickets offer further help! To anyone looking for a great web host, I suggest GlowHost
