Other hosts I have used promise a lot before you are a customer, but when you hit a snag their support usually consists of referring you to their knowledge base. And beyond that they want to charge you. Network and Server uptime are perfect - site is up.

The drag and drop site builder is excellent! had used other so called site builders provided by hosts for free and they suck, glowhost however is up to scratch with standalone site builders so well done to them.

Good host, friendly and knowledgeable with 100% follow-up
In the time I have been with glowhost.com, I haven't had a client come to me and complain. I myself, and all my websites never had a problem. They do backups every day, so they got back my files and my blog started to run again and available to my visitor

Glowhost servers respond fast, and I've never experienced downtime
During our time with them their list of services and facilities have continued to grow and their prices have continued to drop. They have been pleasant to deal with. Glowhost is one of the best I've ever tried.

Glowhost is good if you need reliability, lots of space and transfer
Their servers are also faster than one would expect for shared hosting, much faster than some other hosts I've used. I have never been aware of any downtime. I can recommend glowhost us hosting to others.
