AVOID!
Downtime is terrible and support don't know what they're doing. They'll take your site down because of their incompetence and then take forever fixing it.

Pathetic Service Support and Uptime
Hostnine was a good service when it was Hostv but since they have taken over it has been a nightmare and they dont even refund I am stuck with them since I have paid them in full for a year for a VPS and evey 7 to 15 days it goes down dont consider it

Support has gone down the drain in the last two years
Less then two years ago, when I bought my plan, tech support was fast and reliable. Now I have to use the live chat to have some kind of support. If the agent is not able to solve the problem, he sends it to a "specialist" who never replies back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I've been waiting like 6 months on a reply and phone calls, this hosting is a joke and not at all secure!!! Nothing but lies

*** BUYER BEWARE!! ***
Host9 will keep your money if you don't cancel within 45 days! I was with them just over 2 mos. I wanted to leave because we were down more than we were up, and they didn't respond to service tickets. They kept the remaining 9 mo of fees!! Who does that?

Email server down for over 36 hours and no response
Have had them for years but they did away with telephone support. Turned in a ticket and no response after 24 hours. Waited for 1.5 hours for Chat and was told they couldn't help. At 36 hrs, switched all websites to Hostgator. BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Worse service ever. Uptime time is less than 70%. No kidding
I'm writing this review to literally save you thousand of dollars by signing up with this company. they have the worse customer service and their VPS and hosting services are not reliable at all. Our VPS server has been unavailable for several days now.
