10 year hostrocket customer - they are HORRIBLE now.
I have been with HostRocket for over 10 years. The past year the service has declined DRASTICALLY. My website has been down 75% of the last 3 months and being a web based business this has drastically affected my business in a very negative way.

Technical support have absolutely no one to answer the phone on legal holidays such as on Labor Day 2009.

Email technical support always takes many hours and often days until you get help.

14.95 a month for 1 gig of space and 50 gigs of roller bandwidth, killer support and control panel!

Company Response: if they charge for add-ons it is steep ($10 a month just for domain pointer?!)

"24/7 support" It is not the truth. My website is down many times during all working day.

Company Response: I am living at time +2 GMT. Support service is not working at night on US time zone.
