When signing up with such a cheap provider, I was initially concerned about reliability and customer service, but both have been excellent. I have experienced no downtime in the last 4 months, and customer service has been excellent. My WordPress web site has never been down
The most common issue I had was the ability to have separate accounts, most hosts I found didn’t support this. They use Raid 10. Setting up email was quick and easy. My WordPress web site has never been down and I have used their technical support many times. I was nicely impressed by daily backups Hostwinds provide which I did not expect at all.
