Incredible customer service.
I have never been so thankful for such incredible customer service. Every issue I ran into was quickly resolved and I even managed to delete my own site once and one of the support staff was able to recover it for me. I highly recommend Hostwinds to new web developers and those unfamiliar with the ins and outs of domain hosting.

Tech Customer Care is incredible.
I have 3 clients with hostwinds hosting, and their support is simply outstanding. On the occasions I've got in touch my enquiry was dealt with and resolved in around 20/30 minutes via email. Hostwinds Tech Customer Care is incredible. I have had practically instant responses for any submitted support tickets and this includes throughout the night on occasions. By any standard of service, this is great value.

Stable and fast servers.
I've been looking at various web hosts out there in the hosting services market. After several weeks of my research, I found Hostwinds on twitter. I contacted them telling my requirements and their online support answered very fast and politely. Can honestly say that it is not an easy thing to choose a good web host with stable and fast servers, helpful customer support, suitable features, and tools. If things continue like this I see no reason why I would ever need to go with another host.

It is GREAT!!!
I like this web host! My experience dealing with them has been perfect. The site will sometimes be down for a few minutes (once in 3 months or so), but that is common. Overall, I am happy to recommend them. Hostwinds is the most professional host. I always get support via email within a couple of hours, and I rarely experience downtime. I think that some people are a little cranky and expect a little too much for their money.

Consistently good service!
I've never received such a consistently good service! If you want excellent, prompt customer service for a very reasonable annual fee, then I wholeheartedly recommend Hostwinds hosting provider. I have asked plenty of silly questions and they have never failed to come back to me almost immediately at all hours of the day and night with a courteous helpful reply. Really nice place for hosting websites.
