Throughout all my time with Hostwinds I've experienced excellent service. The tech support is awesome and always helpful and the service you get is worth a lot more than what you pay. I have clients who have had their website hosted with a different web hosting provider and when their site was down, not working correctly, or had a hosting question.

The tech support team get double thumbs up
The service is instant and for every query I have had they have answered them super fast. Hostwinds did all the work for me - they offer a free migration service - and, apart from a quick check that everything looked as it should, there was not much for me to do. I had no website downtime nor lost any e-mails.
