I like them and highly recommend them! As others have noted, support is very responsive and I've never waited more than 15 minutes or so for a response. Hostwinds control panel system is absolutely fantastic. I feel their prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth you get. cPanel has everything you need. Mental-friendly web hosting
You will not go wrong if you choose this host! They also offer nice specials and discounts from time to time, so they will pass on the savings to you. Hostwinds customer service is great as well. I just recently had my main domain hacked into and everything deleted but within a couple hours they helped get everything back online for me smoothly and pretty quickly.

Overall, I am happy to recommend them. Hostwinds is the most professional host. It is a good web host along with 30-day money-back guarantee, unique 1-click scripts installer, and 24/7 customer support. I started out on a shared package after talking with sales and eventually worked my way up to one of their normal plans so if you need a custom plan talk to them as they will probably be able to work with you. All of their work has been great - I am happy using their hosting services.
