Wonderful hosting service!
WOW! That just about sums them up! Honestly from my experience, 100% uptime is impossible because they need to take the server down for software updates and that sort of stuff. Hostwinds states 99.9% uptime and so far I haven't seen any so this is a very good sign. Kudos to their techs for their assistance and dedication to fix my problem. I will highly recommend Hostwinds as a web host! Their support is seriously top-notch!

Powerful hosting
The availability of both live online support and MNS technical support is fine. Hostwinds' tech support took me through all the steps required to reset passwords, access webmail, and advise on clearing the email that was taking up too much space. I am happy running my website with them.

I've been with two other hosting providers in the past and they just don't compare to HostWinds. I had never heard of HostWinds and was very cautious but it was the best decision I made. Why? Because with my previous two hosts, I had to pester the support teams to fix things that we’re just not working in the control panels. Here, the control panel works fantastically, webmail and file manager are the best you will ever see, I promise! Also, many useful things can be installed from the control panel, not with other hosts. Both Linux and Windows OS can be used from one control panel…in fact, the list goes on and on.
