I'm a short-time user of Hostwinds and before I found this host I was always in a long search for the "perfect" hosting provider, which I never found because all of them always have a con. As for their server speeds, they are standard. Everything works well. The service is unbelievable.

Having Fantastico already installed in cPanel is nice for non-technical people. Hostwinds is great and very convenient when you deal with web host customer support. The support team members have always given me the feeling that I am communicating with my personal friends.

When I first signed up with Hostwinds, I actually expected that the service would be quite bad because the packages were so cheap. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that I got treated a lot better at Hostwinds than I had been treated with other providers offering same packages at higher prices.
