A very good experience with Hostwinds web hosting. I never have to worry about unplanned server upgrades & PHP changes affecting my clients' websites. I can upgrade that stuff manually whenever I'm ready without worrying about it breaking the scripts and software on their sites. The servers, support, and uptime are superb.

Affordable service.
Affordable, I would even say cheap, service, 24/7 live chat support and decent up-time (that's what I can tell for now). What I loved the most, that even after asking dozens of questions, solving problems for more than an hour, customer support stayed professional and patient. That's what I love the most.

Fantastic host and they have gone above and beyond the usual business to help get my site up and going. I've been moving from host to host trying different ones out, and so far Hostwinds has been the best. This host is absolutely wonderful. I have had clients with all sorts of hosting providers, most of whom are severely lacking in their tech support area and in the services they offer.

A very active provider with stable high spec servers
Initially, we chose Hostwinds over the competition because our webmaster recommended it. He told us the company had a good reputation and the staff was knowledgeable. And over the last 10-plus years, we've found this to be true. We recently decided not to move our website, in large part because of the reliability of the servers.
