I'm an experienced webmaster, so the pay-as-you-go system works wonders for me! It is by far the least I have paid for webhosting. Mind you I don't need the website creators and extra templates. But, Hostwinds is incredibly simple, and anyone could do it! I highly reccomend them to try.

Hostwinds is the company that delivers everything what they promise to their customers... that's the kind of commitment that's really hard to find nowadays. Their servers are well-balanced and affordbale for my modest budget.

I've used their chat support quite a bit, as well as skype support, and they have always been patient and informative. Hostwinds website builder seems okay, but I'm going the WordPress route because of the needs of a band website.

One standout feature of Hostwinds service is their 24/7 support, which I've found very useful for helping to resolve and answer technical questions and issues that arise from time to time. Previous hosting providers left my sites open to hackers (which did occur) and did not deliver anywhere near the levels of support that this web host does.

There is no downtime and I and my clients are really happy dealing with Hostwinds web hosting provider. Their SSD hosting is pretty fast, uptime is great (they guarantee 99.9% - it is correct). It also provides a lot of solutions and services that even I can figure out and find time to do.

Hostwinds was excellent in resolving my issue. These guys are all awesome. I have never had a bad experience with support, ever. I have used their service for a long time too. I don't typically make many server configurations so I don't utilize support often. Lately, I have been making some additions and will hopefully be receiving a new stream of traffic soon. The team has been extremely helpful with this task, and for that, I thank you, Hostwinds.

In all these years and as many times as I've contacted you guys, which is probably too many, I've received prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support. Cpanel they use of one of the best in the world. So, they have all ends tied up. That's how it works well for them and of course for me. Another best thing about this web host is uptime.
