Bad Uptime Theory for Private JVMs
We have been a customer since March 2012 and don't wish to renew once our contract is up. Our website is down every 1-2 weeks. Once I got a tech to admit patches were being. My theory is that normal maintenance occurs but they don't brin up private JVMs.

It is worse than anything I can expect out of a webhost
I have hosted my java site one month back. I has crashed so many times that I have forgotten count. There is no reliability. They are not able to give me any answer when I ask for their SLAs on uptime.

I was with godaddy for 10 years, but when they abandoned server-side Java (I think a lame and ignorant decision), I found Mocha to be a good alternative and they provided me good tech-support and price. Net speed is quite slow compared to godaddy.

Not reliable enough
I have been with Mocah host since April 2012, but have experienced several server crash during 4 months. Once, I was even told I might loss all my data in the web server (recovered after 3 days).
