Stable server with excellent support
Hello, I want to say I'm very happy with my new VPS server.
Time to up was very short, tech support is great (quickly and good answers).
My server; no surprices, Very stable, I-m happy with Mocha.

Inexpensive, but no way to reach tech support by phone.
Mochahost - low cost, tech support by trouble tickets/email. Live chat has the option to reach sales or tech support but they are not able to access the network. Probably wouldn't renew unless there are changes made.

Mocha Host Sucks Balls
This server is by far the WORST pos I've ever tested. The idiots working there don't know anything about this business. I had a vps with them and this thing is constantly down. When asked for a refund, their answer was, you're not eligible for a refund.

I have years with them, I recomend to give a try
I have with them 2 plans, a shared business and a VPN both in windows. even if I tried several web hosting companies, this one Is the one I prefer, the servers are very fast. The only problem is, the VPN is down very ofthen. They need to solve that.

Got 2 business Linux hosting accounts with them - total fauilure. To many down times, support is OK once you write to them to report issue.

very very painfull, shamefull, web service down hours and hours no one listen Email server down No one listening.
