Helping the Scammers
Yesterday my credit card details were stolen somehow and were used for a total of 1900 USD to buy domains from namesecure.com , when I contacted their support to get information and receive some help, their knowledge and answers were so limited, for example they kept asking me about my email address or account ID with them even though I had explained I have nothing to do with their website. They finished the conversation by telling me someone used my card to buy domains, clearly if I contacted them on their chat I knew for what purpose my card was used on their website. I wanted them to give me names of domain that were bought and from where and they were not giving me any info for privacy/security reasons WHEN IM THE OWNER OF THE CARD and I had given them all evidence to support that! They proceeded by giving me an email address that was not working, so I had to go on the chat again to try to get some answers and a refund, they then sent me a form to complete (with my domain name lol) and I havent heard from them since.... In my opinion, any professional company would try to help someone who had their card stolen and used on their website and would certainly stop the services and make a refund to the card..
