Customers what customers? Namesecure is an absolute masterclass in giving the minimal possible service. The only way to contact them is to write a letter & post it to the US. I haven't actually tried that, but it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that they have given a false address. I am gradually moving my hosting elsewhere.

Yes, their support is the worst While there domains are cheap and relatively reliable (we only had one outage in several years), their support is god awful. Incompetent, irresponsible, deceptive. We wasted several days on a trivial support task that costed us way more than the most expensive provider. And ended up switching DNS to another provider anyway. Transferring domains is even bigger pain, they do everything to prevent that. Security is also questionable, considering several data leaks in the past.

Helping the Scammers Yesterday my credit card details were stolen somehow and were used for a total of 1900 USD to buy domains from namesecure.com , when I contacted their support to get information and receive some help, their knowledge and answers were so limited, for example they kept asking me about my email address or account ID with them even though I had explained I have nothing to do with their website. They finished the conversation by telling me someone used my card to buy domains, clearly if I contacted them on their chat I knew for what purpose my card was used on their website. I wanted them to give me names of domain that were bought and from where and they were not giving me any info for privacy/security reasons WHEN IM THE OWNER OF THE CARD and I had given them all evidence to support that! They proceeded by giving me an email address that was not working, so I had to go on the chat again to try to get some answers and a refund, they then sent me a form to complete (with my domain name lol) and I havent heard from them since.... In my opinion, any professional company would try to help someone who had their card stolen and used on their website and would certainly stop the services and make a refund to the card..

Horrible service, stay away! Their website is extremely unreliable, outdated, and buggy and their domain name prices are higher than pretty much every other reputable registrar. Because of this, I attempted to transfer my domain to another registrar. Low and behold, Namesecure CANCELED the transfer, and gave no reason. Now I'm struggling to get in touch with someone at customer "service" in order to figure out why, and how I can finally be rid of this horrid service. Stay away!

Stay Away The worst customer service you can imagine. After many years of suffering their incompetence, I would rather host my site with some Russian provider intent upon scamming me because I would actually receive better support. Seriously, it's just beyond ridiculously bad.

They stopped supporting extensions for my website without warning (forms just stopped working)

Terrible customer service. They double billed for a domain name renewal. Contacted Visa because no one answered my calls at Namesecure. They then suspended my account. Tried for a month to resolve this. I will bet they let my domain expire and then ask for a high penalty. Scam.

When I needed to create a website they were there If you understand menu driven applications you can fairly easy create a site. I like pushing buttons and the click sound is soothing so I'll click until I make my website. Love the intro page capability. Minor issues easier than other services for me.
