No downtime, polite and friendly support.
I've been with another hosting provider, but they ignored me several times with my problems and that's why I decided to move to NETSHOP web hosting account. I've been a NETSHOP for about 3 months now. I have been very satisfied with the service. The pages of my website come up very quickly. There was a 1-2 month period in which something happened at NETSHOP and I experienced a variety of problems. These problems have been rectified. They have been reliable and everything you could ask for in a host.

So far, support has been good.
Nice hosting experience! As for uptime, I've never experienced any major downtimes apart from when I started - I would have 5-10 minutes of downtime but these days, it's near 99.9%. NetShop ISP hosting space is by far the best out there beating its competitors noticeably. So far, support has been good and they've gotten back to me within half a day.

Good hosting for an e-commerce and a business website.
I have been using netshop-isp.com.cy cheap shared hosting for some time now and I'm more than impressed with the speed of my websites. I have an e-commerce and a business website and they are running great. The customer service is amazing and they are always helping me. Note: It will be also a good idea to contact their representative and ask for current specials and discounts they offer.

Netshop Isp team was very helpful to take the time yesterday and do the SSL install that others had failed to do. They waited and made sure we had everything done. It was great to finally get someone who would take the initiative to make it happen, rather than having me put in yet another help ticket.
