Not very nice folks here. System crashes. Their web interface is a mess. Cumulus is awful. Tech support argues with you and tries to shirk responsibility. Management ignores you. RUN.

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars - they've earned it!
We were happy customers of Orcsweb for over a decade. Then they were acquired by Sherweb and it has been hell on earth since then. Nasty messages, demands for early and more payment than contracted, and no one who speaks English to sort it out.

Horrible service...run away!
Tried moving two clients to them...what a mess. New "Cumulus" interface is at best problematic, high staff turn-over, a non-existent escalation path , and finally LONG delays to fix anything.
