Domain issue
My interaction with Kris was good and I would have liked to give him 5 stars, however my urgent issue as not resolved. The issue may lie with Nominet who registered my domains or with Siteground's registration division.

Chat service - excellent service
I have had wonderful chat service support from Kostadin A. who understood the problem straight away and knew the problem was not caused by me.
He fixed the attacks from spammers for me and was ever so helpful and understanding. Totally impressed.

Impressive Tech Support
