Could not recommend higher
I was with WPEngine for quite a while and thought they were good, and then I switched to Siteground.
Their support is next level amazing, and they are half the price I was paying for Siteground. Speed seems to be about the same as well. So good...

Support has done an excellent, thorough, expert job of helping me resolve issues quickly.

Billing problem
I've used numerous other hosting companies and always have to wait in line for 10-20 minutes to get tech support.
SG support is amazing! I might wait 30 seconds, maybe a minute and they always have an answer.
