All the tech support are great except the girl that I dealt with today
She is worst, her name is Adel ...... I asked her how to solve the problem, She just gave the tutorial link and that's it. I love siteground and all the tech support guys. They are helpful and kind but except this girl.

Avoid SiteGround at all costs
Their technical support is fine, but their actual service is atrocious. They will pull your sites offline and give you lectures about the nature of shared hosting instead of providing a solution. There are hidden restrictions everywhere. Draconian. Avoid

Technical Support and Customer Service
I became a SiteGround customer a couple of weeks ago. I am beginning monetizing sites I have for several niches and had some questions on traffic and using certain features. The techs have all been very helpful and I got really quick service.
