SIGNED UP AND NEVER USED THE WEB PAGE PHONED TO CANCEL BEFORE THE 30 DAY TRIAL, WHICH WAS PASSED TO ABOUT 5 PEOPLE AND TODAY THEY TOOK £23.00 pounds out of my account.

Waste of time and money
Gave my specific needs and asked if they could accomplish. The site was not even close to what was discussed. Worse, although I followed all the requirements to cancel Web.com kept charging me. Complete ripoff, don't use them, you will regret it.

Stay away. They charged me so much even without telling me. Promo price is good for only 30 days...I didnt know that. You cant really build ur website...not friendly at all...just to cancel acct took me 30 min and go through 3 diff ppl. SCAM!

Total rip off!
The bad reviews are true! I should have listened and wasted my time with Web.com for over a year. You'd be so much better off with SquareSpace, SetMySite, or literally any other company besides web.com. Web.com is hard to cancel and they price gouge you!

Shady tactics to get money from you for services you didn't sign up for, that is until they AUTO RENEW you. They call it "SAFE RENEW". There is nothing "safe" about it.

misleading service and incompedence
As new customer we are not happy with the service and experience and will be taking our business else where. We feel mislead by the the intial sales person. I wouldn't recommend this company. Save your money and time and look elsewhere.

Web.com is a scam
Once they make the sale and have your c.c. info, you're done! I'm working with my banks fraud department to recover some of their outrageous, unauthorized charges. Not to mention, the "professional website" they built couldn't have been worse.
