Watch OUT THEY ARE SCAMS
they dont clearly post their prices or that the first 30 days is a discounted trial price and then they raise the price 7 times higher after the first 30 days! when I set up the computer told me my monthly price was 5 dollars a month! but charged me 35

Terrible experience
Run from this company. They will not provide the service they sell and then charge you over and above what was agreed on. After cancelling they continued to charge my CC until I cancelled the card...even after the website was removed. Refuse to refund $

Beware
do not give them your credit card call you cannot get rid of them. I had to cancel my credit card to keep them from charging fees to it. I canceled the website and even after my card expired they still kept sending charges. They didn't have an up-to-date

Web.com is not a userfriendly experience, it's not searchable, and on hi-res screens it's all blurry. Worst of all - it's EXTREMELY hard to delete your account!

The worst
I was never able to get my site up and running. Customer service was completely unhelpful and gave generic responses to my difficulties. They make cancelling your account very difficult. I spent 30 minutes and had to talk with 3 different people to cancel

IGNITE marketing was absolutely lousy
They put the wrong phone number on listings. A lousy generic description. Only hey are the authorized user for your directory listings; the 877 number they put on your listings is toast if you cancel. So you are handcuffed to and by their incompetence.

They are notorious for charging you. We just consulted. They think they can charge you without confirming. Surprisingly they charged us AGAIN when we called back and asked about first charge!!! AND people in Billing dept. are horrible!

Hidden Fees
Web.com promised to build us a custom level website for $1800.00. Sounded like a good deal until I looked at my bank statements where they were taking out an additional $150.00 per month. It's $1800.00 per year to host it. Crooks

Don't trust Web.com
I cancelled my subscription in 2013 and found that web.com is still deducting funds from my checking account. I called and now have to wait 3-5 days to have funds placed back into my account. This is a shady operaiton!!!!

This is really a scam
They fish you in with cool commercials that make it sound like they are much better at what they do than they are. Basically, they are just a collection of amateurs. I switched to PrimorisWebDesign. They created my page and maintain it for just $9.95/mo.
