Worst customer service I have ever experienced, reps lied to me, hung up on me, very limited templates that looked like they were from early 2000's.Just awful all around, and will never deal witht hem again.Trying to escape them now and having a hard time

Do not use their ignite program unless you only want to be marketed within 50 to 75 miles of your contact address Not how it is explained. They say you will show up on the leading top web browers. Not worth the money!!!!!

Thieves
They collected $1000 to set up a landing page in my NJ /FL locations. Then they asked for $750 more for run my ppc for 4 days. Then asked for another $1500 for my ppc

After 3 days decided not to go with a web page for my small business.
Only to get a call saying deposit was non-refundable as business to business. I wouldn't of proceeded if i was to this. Only thing they had done was call me to try up sell product.

If I could I would have given Negative stars. First they call and email non stop until you give into the harassment. Then they sucker you for a fee of $250 fee to start the page plus another $39 a month to maintain the website. They never update anything

Web.com sells crap products. Their marketing program, called Ignite, does nothing."We submit your website to over a hundred places online" Do you really need your painting business advertised on a wedding website? They charge you without your approval.
