Incompetent and or fraudulent billing
Services agreed upon had no yield therefore ROI was non extant. Requested termination of service at end of three months. Web.com continued to bill my bus credit card to the tune of $9000! Now they are unwilling to refund the ill gotten money.

Worst service I have ever had! It is unbelievable all the money I have lost spending hours of my time talking to customer service. Randomly, the email they provided me will stop working for 2-3 hours. Save yourself some time and money and stay away.

absolutely awful policies
A simple request to cancel my account required 3 calls to get to the "loyalty services" department.

The service agreement says: a customer may request the cancellation of "...Services by calling Web.com customer service... 3 calls!!

They are bizarrely incompetent and I have had the most horrific experience. It's been 5 weeks and I still don't have a website. The first draft they produced was poor and it took them ages and they ignored all my emails and all my modifications

Don't waste your time
Web.com "sold" me a terrible service. Among other things, I learned after agreeing to their service that a 2nd website actually hurts your SEO.

Stay far away
Had a successful website with them for a year. Felt a second one was in order. I paid $1,500 up front. They never provided my new website and they accidently deleted my orginal. These people are incompetent. Filed for refund through credit card company.

Used service for a year: 1) too pricey 2) SEO work was useless - no leads 3) after I cancelled, customer service was horrendous. took 2 weeks to FTP the site! kept transferring me from team to team. Had to threaten them to have it escalated. Grrrr!

Hadn't been on my website in a few months when I typed my web site address and it says it was SOLD and I can buy it back for $2600 , web.com says there is nothing they can do. claimed they email me a renewal notice. LIARS ! but still taking 24.90 autopay

Promises unkept
I was billed also for something I didn't buy. So far, after 120 days, not 1 single lead. My site shows up on page 17 instead of page 1 like they promised. Canceling today. Loved it when they were network solutions and they sold to web.com.
