Really impressed with the quality of the technical support. Recently dealt with Fred Adkins who solved my problem quickly and efficiently and offered follow-ups. A freephone no from mobiles would be welcome.

Great Support and Great Attitude, if a little expensive
WHUK are fantastic at their support, which I do have to contact quite frequently due to problems on websites which just seem to happen, they are always fixed very quickly, but I would rather not have to contact support at all!

Excellent service from WHUK all around. Rapid response time and fast network. Only 1 major downtime (4hrs) in over 7 years!

Password problems
Total loss of VPS service after we tried to log in to the CPanel to remove large e-mail blocking downloading. After a few attempts to get the right password VPS access was blocked by the Server. Rex Miller sorted it out - shows need for a Password Log.
