Great Support and Great Attitude, if a little expensive
WHUK are fantastic at their support, which I do have to contact quite frequently due to problems on websites which just seem to happen, they are always fixed very quickly, but I would rather not have to contact support at all!

Password problems
Total loss of VPS service after we tried to log in to the CPanel to remove large e-mail blocking downloading. After a few attempts to get the right password VPS access was blocked by the Server. Rex Miller sorted it out - shows need for a Password Log.
