No major issues
Occasional glitch with the email system not sending or receiving have soon been sorted out by support.
A couple of times this year mail servers blacklisted caused by other customers on shared hosting, again soon sorted by support..

Annual renewal experience
Thanks to Fred Adkins for his help over the phone renewing my annual payment and regaining access to the Client Area after some login-issues. I've been with WHUK for a few years now and they've not let me down yet! Keep up the good work!

Very good service, and uptime
Only had a handful of issues but mainly due to IP blocking as my outlook kept hammering it.
Other than that, excellent service from the guys especialy Adam today for sorting out my upgrade
