I had some issues transferring my domain and contacted the online chat support. Kemp M from the billing department helped explain and rectify my issues, set up email forwarding for me, understood what I was talking about and didn't treat me like an idiot.

I was Hacked twice in 3 weeks.
I hear all the horror stories about my buddies getting hacked and it cost them loads in terms of inconvenience and downtime. I phoned whuk and spoke with Dexter Ray at 10pm , he took my problem and had it fixed for me waking up the next morning.

Good response to problem with website-management access
Fred Adkins responded to my request to resolve an access issue caused by my web-designer going out of business. I am very happy with the response and am now in the process of transferring to another web designer.

Domain Termination Issue
I reported a problem with my domain, it had been terminated due to some technical glitch I spoke to Dexter in the technical support team. He was very courteous and helpful and sorted the problem within minutes. Thank you for such great service.
