STAY AWAY!!! Customer support the worst. Bad attitude. Problems in the past with their billing. They never help me when my business site was hacked for 3 MONTHS!!! I am canceling the account and moving my 4 web sites somewhere else!

They are energetic when it comes to sales, but once you have a tech question, forget it. They don't don't pay attention to what you're asking, and often just send links to unrelated fixes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. |

Customer since 1998 -recommended them many times & NEVER had problems. Have called tech support at 3am many times too!! With over 20 different sites and plans managed, I have NEVER been down –their sales & support have been superb over the years. |

Aplus somehow nuked my email service when I moved to their hosting.After a week of repeated calls to tech support and no resolution,all incoming email lost, I canceled.Now I have to wait and see if they honor their money-back guarantee. RUN AWAY! |
