Awful!
Their website is just a joke. Hard to work with...I spent 3 hrs trying to cancel....if you are new in creating a website....try www.justhost.com.

Used them for years. I have been lied to several times about my bills. Their support is absolutely abismal. Just a heads up, if you don't want to do it yourself call setmysite.com - love these guys. If you want to do it yourself, try squarespace

Web.com is horrible
Their billing cycle is now 28 days so that means an extra payment per year. if you pay them on the same day every month, you will be late & they will shut off your service. Payments we have made are put in their system wrong, so more shut-offs.

Does not value customers or take any responsibility
I would never recommend this provider as they never accept responsibilty for issues. They tend to blame the customer and I have encountered extremely rude and aggressive representatives. Avoid them if you can or leave if can.

What a Joke
How this company is still in business is a mystery, their support at any level is so sub par.Their prices are deceitful, they say one thing with an * and then give no link to explain their hidden fees. Their email service is a joke no business should use.

terrible tech support, never really solved mail bounces ; also, looking over my billing from Web.com, I just realized that they bill a few days to a week earlier every month so they will eventually bill you an extra month; how cheesy

Never purchase from this company they are a ripoff. It took 3 minutes to take my money and then on the phone for 1 hr trying to cancel it. They don't show you the hidden price per month till after you sign. Customer service won't help either!

Total WASTE of TIME! Liars!
I JUST spent 2 hours of my time that I'll never get back attempting to set up a website that I was lied to about. The sales person called me (yeah, they called me) She said that an ecommerce site was included in their package. It was not, she lied. LIARS!

The worst company I have ever done business with. They didn't do what they promised, they lied, they ignored me, they broke things I told them not to touch. Terrible support. Terrible website development.
