I just started with them. So far so good support has been great called to cancel after 2 days found a host cheaper. They matched there price to keep me spent 45 mins on phone explaining to me how to optimize and make site work. very pleased.

They changed my ISP and I have no website they don't care and can't get them to stop charging me. How can I get this to stop.

I signed up for their stupid visivility program and they charged me 25 a month. Suddenly they started charging 50 a month. Called them to cancel and did not refund me, they didn't even allow me to file a claim saying they were right and I was wrong.

Web.com reset my account password without contacting me when they took over, then recently canceled my account (website down with NO notice!) without contacting me when my payment details changed. I sent them a message about it. No response. Beware!

Tech support is terrible. Indian woman on phone did not understand my question. Email support gave me blatantly false advice. Upraded PHP to 5.3.0 without warning and would not acknowledge it had been done. Besides that, servers are slow. No downtime yet.

They ruined my website. I have no file manager, edit text shrinks everything together and I cannot use the font I want. Now my MP3 music files won't work. The most popular in the world, and the don't support it.

Spurious price increases - no announcement - bad service - poor customer service ... Good hosting companies will put web.com out of business

Piece of crap in every department. NOne of the departments have any idea what the other group does or what their so-called rules are. I was promised a custom website per my specifications- what I got was a template. I can edit a template myself. STAY AWAY

Beware! There customer support is the worst I experienced. Then when I went to cancel it they give you the run around and charge you a $25 cancellation fee. Real scam they are running.

Happy Interland customer for 9 years -- they migrated 3 sites in Jan 09 -- major problems with using Access DB, application pool quickly exhausts and site goes down. Tech support responsive but unable to solve
