STAY AWAY. We started with them as interland and they were fairly good. Recently they have become a mess (double charging us, and more recently losing 2 months of database backups due an unknown "corruption" issue).

I have been using WEB.COM services for the past three months, they build a website for me and I host it with them ,I pay them around $100 a month for supposedly hosting and SEO, so far they are horrible .

Good up time, helpful, polite staff BUT I have found that they have the most unscrouplous business practices of any company I have ever dealt with. They will outright LIE to you. I have printed ads w/toll free number that comes w/site. Don't get stuck!!!!

When they were Interland, they were OK. Now they're horrible. We had over 100 customer sites on their servers. Now, it's 2 and they'll be gone soon. They're email spam policy (1000 per hour or 5000 per day) is ridicules for business which they target

I've had two sites with them for about six or seven years (back at DomainDirect). I didn't really do anything much with the sites until recently and ran into problems with images which they "may" be able to fix but I have to uprade.

Horrible web hosting. Its more expensive than most, unreliable and best of all hard to close the account. When I called to get my domain unlocked they informed me that I would have to buy it from them at a markup of $100. Pretty nice right!
