Interland was OK but we then moved to another ISP because of price and cancelled our account web.com kept charging We then cancelled SEVERAL more times and they still charged us. If you cancel with web.com block your credit card account from them.

My hosting plan has been "upgraded" from unlimited email and unlimited subdomains to a fixed number of email accounts and no included subdomains. During the upgrade web.com "lost" one of my email accounts and deleted the mail stored in that account.

Their business practices are so reprehensible i'm surprised there isn't a class action lawsuit. if you have a business you will loose money due to dwntime (web and mail) the rest of you will just be frustrated beyond belief!

When you call in for support, none of the phone lines work. Once you get in touch with someone, they will ask you "what is the secret word?" Then they will transfer you to a department that is another dead phone line.
